Jessica’s voluntary work placement

At Assist Trust we support 125 members every week to develop their skills and make progress in their lives.

What that progress looks like is very different from one person to the next; for some it’s about becoming more confident or making friends for others it’s about being more independent at home.

For Jessica (in the video below) one of the reasons for coming to Assist is to develop her work skills, which she is doing through an internal voluntary work placement using the dishwasher.
